This pistol is slightly larger than most modern .380’s which allows for much better handling and recoil control. The .380 ACP can be a ‘snappy’ little cartridge, but in a 1911 style frame, you’ll get faster and more accurate follow-up shots. The controls operate the same as the original 1911 design, and this Black Label model features a composite frame and aluminum sub-frame that provides strength without being too heavy. In traditional Browning craftsmanship the 1911-380 features a machined steel slide and an extremely accurate steel barrel. Additional features include stippled laminated wood grips, an extended beavertail safety, an ambidextrous extended thumb safety, a skeletonized trigger and hammer and a set of 3-dot sights.
